Conversion Copy

Definition

Copy written to move specific people toward one action—book a call, start a trial, request a quote. It removes friction, crushes objections, and proves claims. Not traffic-generating copy. Copy that makes the people who arrive actually do what you want.

Why It Matters

You can drive a million visitors for cheap if none of them convert. Strong conversion copy directly multiplies revenue per visitor. It also gives your team a clear hypothesis to test, since every section has a measurable job.

How to Improve

  • Define the one action this page wins. Remove every conflicting CTA or choice.
  • List the three biggest objections prospects raise in discovery calls. Address each one explicitly on the page.
  • Put proof next to every claim—a quote, stat, or case study result.
  • Test two completely different angles, not tiny tweaks. Run for a full week or 100 conversions.
